Network Computing has been providing support services for commercial organisations since 1993, often going beyond pure support to become an integral and trusted professional business asset.

With a choice of either Standard Support, or Assured Site Support with defined response targets, we can attend to IT problems professionally and appropriately.

We can look after many elements of a data network including the operation of the File and any Application Servers, the workings of the connectivity components including data switches and routers, network attached devices including PCs and printers, and the functioning of email, internet, backup and software applications.

Working remotely or on-site in response to issues, our technical team are reliable and commercially astute, being able to understand the business ramification of a given failure and work toward its resolution whilst communicating effectively with the minimum use of ‘jargon’.

The support services we provide

• Network Management Services - for clients with Assured Support agreements we can optionally undertake to pro-actively monitor and manage specific aspects of the network environment thereby preventing or predicting many issues which would otherwise affect performance and productivity.

• Installation and Configuration Services - From undertaking the installation of individual items of hardware and software, through to entire office installations, we will also assist with the provisioning of infrastructure and patch cabling, systems furniture, power accessories and cable protection, then offer to remove all packaging and most old computing equipment for WEEE certified disposal.

• Internet Services - we recommend and install Internet connections, undertake Domain registrations, assist at various levels with Email processing, carry out Web development, and provide Hosting packages.

• Backup and Disaster Recovery Services - With many years experience of being approached to recover lost critical data we understand that an effective backup and recovery policy is essential for all our clients so we offer a range of tape, disk and appliance technologies, together with remote site replication and redundant hardware services.

• Consultancy - From system design and planning, through IT Policy and risk assessment, we will be pleased to consider the appropriateness of our skills and experience in providing a professional opinion in support of your requirements.
